A Non-stop Eating

K-bear was sick on friday. I was informed by MD said that she might not be teaching in Consplant on that night. Later, i received a buzz from K-bear on Msn and a call from CP about the update.

Initially, we planned to go for workout as usual, even though without K-bear teaching in the class, but MD called me when i was on my way back. He said CP suggested to go for food rather than just going for a single class, since there is a possibility for class cancel (i meant combat).

Well, a quick decision made within a minute, we decided to skip the gym and go for food. It's actually good to me in a way, as i don't need to rush from Sunway to Subang although it's near, but the traffic always driving me crazy. I was sending baby dragun for repair after work. Thanks MD for picked me up from the workshop.

Reached Consplant about 7.30pm. According to CP, people who with office wear have to pay for all the expenses, so in order to avoid the damages, i had a fast change of my suit in FF, lolz~!! Saw only few members in the BP class; whereas the Yoga class was packed.
