Is this called "Service"?

I found myself get frustrated quite often lately. My threshold of anger is extremely low nowadays. Anger and frustration are growing very easily.

An incident happened in the afternoon during my lunch. There it goes...

There's one restaurant called Hong Kong Point located nearby my office. They have outlet situated at Centre Point too. I had tried this couple of months back. The foods were just moderate and the service really sucks.

Today, it happened when i was cracking my head to think of what to eat this afternoon, i passed by this restaurant, so i decided to give it a second trial. I supposed they have seriously done some improvements on their service.

I flipped through the menu and placed my order fast in purpose, just in case there's a delay in progress. There wasn't many people dining inside the restaurant, and most of them were on their way waiting for the food to be served. However, i saw the crews walking here and there like a busy cow, in fact they were busy for nothing from what i have seen.

I waited for about 20 minutes to get my drink. And hell, god knows how much time i have been waiting for the food. The wait time is blardi long. It took me more than 45 minutes i tell you. Between, i saw some customers from the table around me just left without finish off their drinks. Some of them were even start making noise to complain about the long wait time.

In meanwhile, i had been ignored completely few times when i was about to ask for my food. The most terrible thing was, the crew in this restaurant just took away the menu from me without even saying "excuse me" when i was half way going through, and passed to another customer who next to me. WTF, could you please take your hat off to your customer? To be frank, i was filled with anger at the way i had been treated.

At one point, apparently they have failed to improve their service at all. I swear, i am not gonna spend a single cent over there in the future. Damn pissed off!! Sucks!!
