Well, i don't know about you guys but lately i feel like people are becoming hardened and cynical because of what's happening to the economy. People are thinking a lot about just themselves but not about others. We are trying to make change happen. I believe we can turn this whole thing around. In tough times like these, it's best when we are supporting each other instead of bickering over our differences.
However, the top management (or should i say the BIG boss in the company?) seems didn't put themselves in our shoes. We hardly do things without a support. We employees are loosing everything when it comes to “authority”.
Have you ever heard the saying “Human resource is the most important resource in an office?” No, it's not a Zen quote or anything. I have heard some suits talk about it. I have been thinking a lot about the colleagues that i have in this office. They may not be interacting with you on a regular basis but you know that they are there for you when you need encouragement and support.
I know, that's hard to understand when you hear that from someone living in KL but random acts of kindness do happen in this hard concrete jungle too.

Taking a break is good to de-stress.
Top management (only the big boss actually) is always like that. To be fair, they need to protect the interest of the company. But most of the time, they've forgotten how it's like being the middle (or lower) management. Some people choose to lead my fear and not respect.
And yes! I think there are still some people with good heart out there. :)
dun think too much lah, it just a job.
