Ok, i can still recall a post written by Superstar Instructor.
NEVER..Ever..Stop Pump for ONE week..
BUT...i haven't been doing pump for more than 2 weeks, since you said the tracks are gonna be easy, so i decided to do it on monday @ curve, and i actually lighten my weight. After the pump, i went for my usual balance class. Oh my goodness, i can feel my hands and legs shaking while doing the balance. Do you think i could manage the balance of my body? Yes, the answer is NO. I tried so hard to maintain all the "beautiful" poses, and i was SUPER tired that day. FF Curve is exactly situated at the spot where all the restaurants and night clubs are surrounding. It is always noisy during the balance class, but i had a doze on the mat while doing the medication, think must be too tired, haiks...
And the consequences of not doing pump for too long is...BODY ACHING. My whole body muscles are pain like mad now, especially the shoulders. I can't even did my combat class properly yesterday. My dear dear Superstar Instructor, did i do wrong for any track? Or the pain is gain? Lolz lolz... :)
Ok, i'm leaving my office in 10 minutes, gonna visit our competitor's coffee house later. COOL~ at least i don't need be there alone, Baby Octopus is coming to meet me up, kekekeke.... i promised to buy him a drink. Hopefully i can get some rough ideas from there.
Bye Bye~
