Farewell

Initially i had planned to go FF bkt tinggi on tuesday this week, as Master T would not be around. Later on, as informed by BO, he will be back to the gym for combat class in WC. Well, since the rest of them are going to WC for a workout, i might as well join them at the same place.

Received a text from LGM while having my lunch said that today will be the last class for Bread Lady in FF. It's so unexpected, thought it supposed to be on this sunday. Anyway, i straight away gave her a call after back to the office, and she just confirmed to me.

How could i miss her last BC class in FF?? After today, i have no chanc to join her class anymore, unless i shift to another fitness centre which is impossible. Buzzed CP on msn to tell him about this. Ok, changed my mind, told CP that i'm going to bkt tinggi instead of wisma consplant.

Had a tiring class tonight, but it was fine to me la. Dear, i'm so gonna miss your class ya... Let's see the run down.

Super tough for track 9, it's Bread Lady's favourite conditioning track, but nice song it is, just like the music. And we took some pictures with her after the class. I know the parting actually brought tears to her eyes.

Showered then went off for supper. Thanks CP for brought us to the nice place. The stall is situated at a residential area in bkt tinggi. The foods were not bad, but a bit too salty. Like the Ice Longan very much. Thanks again to CP.

Now is 2.32am in the morning. I'm still sitting in front of desktop for blogging, and listening to the song that i put for my background music, repeat repeat and repeat. I'm started feeling a bit sad now, just don't know why.

My head feels weird, and my vision is a little off. I think i'm about to lay down. I need to get some sleep in a little while.
