Friday Routine

As usual, i went for my routine 2 classes (BP & BC) last night, the only difference was classes conducted by other instructors instead of SSI. Well, members would probably feel not the same also without the familiar faces smiling at them.

Firstly, i joined Pump while the rest of them went for Jean's Yoga. So long i've not doing yoga, i dare not to join the class nowadays, my stretching is yet up to that standard, i just felt like having a PT session in the class, Funny..., but it's good. I think i should pick it up again.

BP was rather quiet yesterday, it was about 10 members. Without anyone talking to me in the class, i felt bored and no mood, but the instructor did few of my favourite songs, so at least worth the effort. One bad thing.. i was forced to do lunges. Not that i don't like this track, i prefer this better than shoulder track, but due to the situation of knee pain, i better take care before it turns to be worst.

Came to BC class, i did with all the regulars from the gang. Familiar playlist, just that no one shouting in the class. As what i said, members sometime are so hardcore. Without the originally instructor teaching in the class, they just wouldn't do anything unexpected. This is what i found.

And i'm a bit addicted to Combat now. Shall i consider to go for Calvin's BC class in curve next week?? I had promised him will definitely go for his monday class if i could make it. Will see hows my monday work flow anyway...
