Extremely tired when extra attention needed

I survived after the three killing classes last night. Now, i felt myself physically tired and minds gradually become insensitive.

I was alone doing the classes at curve last night. CP was sick and BO went up to north. Just a bit boring, however i was fine without accompany. BC 36 was a cool release but tiring, especially the track 8, jabbed until my arms almost drop. And the funny was.. now the whole wide world knew who is SSI, lolz lolz!! As usual, i quited after power training 3.

BP was tough too. I almost felt like crying in squats and shoulders track. Although i put on the same weight, but it looked slightly heavier than normal. Probably it's the consequence of doing pump once a week. And some unclear pre-cue made me a bit confusing. Maybe it's just my problem, i get too used to it with K-bear's instructions.

As K-bear mentioned in the class, BB was challenging compared to the previous releases. Yes, i felt the same. It's tougher than last time, but nice musics though. There were almost 14 members in the house, and i managed to squeeze in at the back after the warm-up. I tell ya... you will feel extremely tired especially when you are not familiar with the choreography. You would need extra attention and concentration in the class just to catch up with all the beautiful poses, it's tiring. And the worst is.. you can't even see the instructors clearly. This is bad. Huh.. i was tired in the BB class. One thing, i hate to rush. I felt myself rushing like mad last night for the 3 classes back-to back.

Muscles are in pain now, what i need is YokoYoko. Two hours combat in Summit tonight, i'm so gonna die. Someone please give me a hand if i couldn't walk back to my car later, hehe!! Thanks thanks.. :)
