A scene happened at FF Summit last night, between an ex-member and the management crews.
The story started the moment David (an ex-member) entered to FF Summit. He terminated his membership about a month ago due to the bad health. After he recovered, he was thinking of trying out if he is still able to do gym. But poor things happened when he arrived at the front desk. The management crews on duty did not allow him to go in to the club, just because he is an ex-member. It's kinda funny in a way, but i believed they were holding their own stand. You may say they are either stubborn, or maybe responsible. It depends on how you look at it.
For more details, please refer to BO's blog. I'm gonna shorten the story here. In a nutshell, there's an argument between the members and management team.
Ok, if you asking me for comment, i would rather be silent. Not because i'm afraid, but i found there's no point to argue so much. Let's see my conversation with David this morning.
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
hey
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
u there?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
hey.. yaya
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
no comments on yesterday?
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
hahaha
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
why ar? are u writing a complaint to FF?
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
yes
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
u think i shouldnt?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
no.. i didn't mean it
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
hmmmm
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
then were we wrong?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
u always have the right to write anything, but seriously if u asking me for comment, i have nothing much to say
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
to me... both also have their own stand
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
ok
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
so wat's the stand?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
they didn't do anything wrong, as they just followed the policy, but the way they expressed out was a bit rude
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
so wat about the poster?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
i understand the poster, but there's no such word "Open Day" written on it. But one things i agreed on steven, they put there “bring ur friends and family”
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
so that's the point la
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
wat other points?
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
wat's the reason they put the statement inside?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
ok... in this case, we all indeed understand the exact meaning of the statement "bring ur friends and family"... this refers to first time visitors, as they are providing an opportunity for them to experience, does it not?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
but i'm unhappy with their rude manner
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
ok
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
pointer taken
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
however if they DID specify 1st time members,....then nothing to say la
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
ya... they didn't specify clearly enough, that's the problem
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
what are u gonna write for the complaint?
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
something long
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
gonna cc to all of u
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
do me a favour could u?
LP ~ Dancing on the Moon says:
no prob... how could i help?
David - walkin down memory lane... says:
get me the emails of all of friends...plus ann jet ...pam...every one every one..i am gonna cc the mail to u all
OMG... why it sounded so serious? But please bear in mind, my support is always giving to you all no matter how.

Great mind think alike.
Nonetheless, there is no wrong in writing a letter to express the unhappniess. It is, indeed a matter of how the problem been solved and 'Handled'
