Oh god, i couldn't take it anymore, it's irritating. The freak is starting to get on my nerves.
I received a call from him this morning. He asked when can he has an interview? Well, i told him that we still have few short-listed candidates in hand, so we will come back to him once we have finalized. Guys, guess then what he said?
He said “Ok, since we are waiting for the finalization, possible we just come out for a lunch and further discuss about the company?” “Sorry, i will let you know later.” I replied then hang up on him.
Gosh... seriously, i have never met this kind of stupid freak before. Did you? How weird is this? How come there is a people like this around me? It's so unbelievable! I supposed unless he has something wrong with the nervous system, otherwise normal people won't do this isn't?
Anyhow, i'm still considering whether i can just leave aside his job application although he has a very high qualification? Shall i ignore him like this? The only concern is how can i work with a person so weird in personality and also behaviour?

If you don't feel comfortable with him, cross him out from the list and forget about the qualifications. Personality counts a lot too!!
