A couple of thoughts about the release:
Tai Chi warmup is cool, beautiful movement. Sun salutation is great also. I found there's one part make me confused while in the mid of the track, which is a pose in between down dog and cobra. What is that called? Is it a new move? Or was it you (Carebear) showing us the option? Overall, it's not that challenging.
Some said standing strength is a nightmare for the legs this time. It's a long track settle in for some serious standing strength, but i didn't feel it much last night. Maybe like Carebear mentioned to me, perhaps i should go a bit deeper to feel the stretch.
Balance is not complicated to do. But there's a lot of concentration in getting into each pose and position. I can't really recall the hip opener. Is it the one with circular leg movement? And i don't think it's particularly hard at all. When i say not tough which mean it's pretty easy to others.
The core abs is short but effective. Twist and forward bend are simple and easy. Probably due to i used the option that i was using for along time by bending my extended leg slightly in order to pull myself a bit more forward. Yeah, no doubt my thigh, hip and hamstring are extremely tight.
Relaxation and meditation. Err... guess it's just alright, as i wasn't attracted to the music at all.
In a nutshell, the first half was awesome whereas the second half was spoiled. Not that the instructor's cue was out or something but the buzzing sound from the mic was really annoying. Anyway, it was still a great workout for me.
Argh! I feel the pain in my butt today. Ok, a little pain a little gain...

later u got big butt...lol
Track 1 is beautiful. Inspired by sword dance.
Track 2 - striking cobra, with hands wider to protect the shoulders.
I love the class. The abs track was so effective, had muscle ache for like 2 days haha... Not that tough? Perhaps. I didn't even sweat the other day, but maybe because aircond too cold, got slight leg cramp at one point. The mic was REALLY ANNOYING! It spoilt all the zen-ness. Humph..
I have leg cramp in almost every BB class. Hehe!!
