My Lumut Visitation

Hey friends, how have you been lately? And how was your holidays? There's so much going on around me and i could hardly catch my breath these days. I mean, it's the end of October already and before you know it, i have two vacations coming soon next month. It seems to me that these would be the most exciting events.

I were up early on saturday as i'm traveling back to hometown for holidays. At least it was early compare to my normal off day. Picked up cousin and nephews from their house. I offered them a ride. Not surprisingly, the kids both seem to be wearing the same smile.

Friend asked me to get her some Satay Fish from my hometown. For those who doesn't know, seafood product is one of the most popular in my hometown. By request, i didn't mind to drop by Lumut for buying where i can get those seafood products fresher and cheaper than my hometown, so why not? Lumut and my hometown are under the same district anyway. Just like Subang Jaya and USJ.

Meanwhile, i managed to snap some pictures during my visit. Here they are...

Oh ya, these are the stuffs where you can get from any of the shop located in the town. Other than that, they also selling batik, clothing, and swimming gadget over there. To me, it's nothing special, just like some other tourist destinations.

Look at the various of products, you will be dazzle by all these. They are more or less the same, just produced by different manufacturer, and of course they taste different too.

I prefer this shop among the rest in town, as they provide a better service, and the shop looks cleaner for sure.

Ok, now we look at the Satay Fish that my friend asked me to buy on her behalf. You can see from the below picture, there are actually two different type of packaging selling in every shop. The design of packaging most likely similar, and the prices are the same.

Usually, visitors will just simply pick either one of them, or maybe by looking at the size of the content inside. You are so wrong, they actually taste differently. See the products on the upper row, remember the packaging if you come across this next time, these are the original one, and in fact, they taste nicer.

And this, the famous chili sauce in town. Well, we call it Kampung Koh Chili Sauce. They sell in bulk. Friend said it's best to eat with dim sum. Really? I don't fancy chili sauce.

Wow~ these are the goodies that i bought the other day during my visitation to Lumut. It was indeed a lot, some were even hiding behind of the bigger packet. But they were all at reasonable price.

I have few pictures of my hometown with me. To me, it's such a beautiful place although it's small. FYI, i do not know how to swim. Friends been laughing me over and over, how can someone born at the beach but do not know swimming. Oh well... !!Please stay tuned, i will keep you updated very soon. :)
