Retail Therapy

It comes to end of the month, and i have survived the first few weeks of October at work. Things are sorting out slowly but surely. Last week was tiring, but that was mostly because of the stresses of getting my stuffs sorted out.

What could help when we are stressed out? I believe there are many ways.

Women are more prone to retail therapy. This therapy makes us feel good. Retail therapy is nothing but shopping. It could be window shopping, strolling around shopping malls and actual purchase as well.

Oh yeah, shopping!! I don't have to be a shopaholic to benefit from shopping therapy. Sometimes there's that excitement and a sense of victory as you get the best deal for an item that you have wanted.

Going shopping helps to escape the problem, stress and anxiety by bringing your focus onto much more pleasing items that you desire and make you feel better. I agree it can be done in a way.

Shopping certainly feels good, great as long as we keep things in proper perspective and not let spending get out of control.

Well, i got myself some clothes and two pairs of shoes last weekend. They are really nice but they also kind of expensive, meaning they will last a while, so despite the cost they are worth it. Hehe... :)
